Thermistor

Remove upper case. Then remove the evaporator coil assembly from lower case.

Remove and save the plastic thermistor probe harness attaching clip (Figure 2). Remove the thermistor from the evaporator.

Remove and save the clips that attach the existing screen to evaporator. Remove the screen from evaporator and discard (Figure 2).

Insert thermistor through the small hole of the new screen (from kit P/N 27290-37A25).

Install new screen and thermistor to the evaporator.  Be sure to install thermistor in the same location as before.  Thermistor should extend 1
1/2 inch (40 mm) into the evaporator (Figure 3).  Remove paper backing from the new screen.

Install the plastic thermistor harness clip over harness and into evaporator (large hole in screen).  Install the two pins through the screen and attach
to the evaporator (Figure 2).
