A/T Oil Cooler Pipes Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the transmission oil cooler lines (4) from the radiator.
3. Remove the transmission oil cooler line bracket bolt (2) from the transmission (1).
4. Remove the transmission oil cooler lines from the vehicle (5).
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the transmission oil cooler lines (4) to the transmission (1).

Tighten the transmission cooler line bracket bolt (2) to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the transmission oil cooler lines (4) to the radiator (5).

Tighten the transmission cooler line bracket pipe fittings (2) to 20 - 40 Nm (15 - 30 ft. lbs.).
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Check fluid level.
