Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Description and Operation
Auxiliary Fan
The auxiliary fan will operate when the engine coolant temperature sensor signal indicates a temperature greater than 253° F with A/C Off. The fan
will also operate when A/C is requested and vehicle speed is less than 50 MPH. When A/C pressure sensor switch pressure is greater than 190 psi,
then the fan will operate.
