If retainer is correct but does not hold, the opening is too wide. Rework retainer with a flat-bladed screwdriver. Place tip of screwdriver
between plastic molding and lower metal edge of retainer (see Figure 4). Pry upward a small amount (0.5 mm - 0.75 mm) to close opening.
Repeat procedure along full length. Reinstall per Step 2 and check retention per Check Methods 1 and 2.

c. It either of the two conditions exist, replace pushpin. Remove old pushpin, install new pushpin by pushing pin through rubber skull cap hole into hole

in frame until fully seated. Check for snug fit.
