Console Mounted Cassette Tape Player Removal - Figure 4
1.
Disconnect negative battery cable
2.
Remove console trim plate
3.
Remove shift indicator assembly and disconnect bulbs
4.
Remove screws attaching console mounting plate to console and electrical connectors
5.
Remove nuts attaching cassette player to mounting plate
6.
Remove screws attaching equalizer assembly (if equipped) to mounting plate
7.
Remove cassette tape player
8.
Reverse removal procedure to install cassette player
