Grand Voyager L4-2.4L DOHC (1996)
Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove exhaust pipe from manifold at flex-joint.
3. Disconnect heated oxygen sensor electrical connector at rear of exhaust manifold.
4. Remove eight exhaust manifold attaching bolts and exhaust manifold.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Install new manifold gasket.

b. Torque exhaust manifold bolts in sequence to 14-15 ft. lbs.
c. Tighten exhaust pipe attaching bolts to specifications.
