Mode Valve Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
2. Remove the left closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side   (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /

Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair).

3. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement   (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

Panel/Service and Repair).

4. Remove the mode actuator retaining screws.
5. Remove the mode actuator.
6. Disconnect the mode actuator electrical connector.
