Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
4. Install the liquid line bracket bolt and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
5. Install the refrigerant pressure sensor wire harness connector.
6. Install the line clip to the dash.
7. Install the suction hose to the dash clip.
8. Install the suction hose and liquid line to the TXV.
9. Install the suction hose and liquid line nut to the TXV and tighten the nut to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
10. Install new O-rings. Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler O-ring/Service and Repair/Air
Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement).
11. Install the suction hose to the compressor hose.
