Mode Actuator Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) carrier. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - IP in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

IMPORTANT:  Note the location of the hoses.

2. Disconnect the yellow vacuum hose (1) and red vacuum hose (2) from the mode actuator.

3. Remove the recirculation actuator.

3.1.

Lift the actuator lock tab.

3.2.

Slide off the actuator.
