1. Clean the connections of the damaged brake line.

Important:  Use a brake wrench for fitting and removing nipples.

2. Unscrew the brake line's connecting nipples and any other connections or securing arrangements.
3. Insert plastic plugs into the open connections and remove the damaged brake line.

To fit

1. Clean the inside of the new brake line by blowing compressed air through it.

Warning:  Brake lines should not be bent or flexed after installation.

2. Position the brake line, remove the plastic plugs and tighten the connecting nuts.

Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.)

3. Bleed the brake system.
4. Check all the brake pipe connections for leakage.
