Washer Fluid Level Switch: Service and Repair

To Remove

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Important :

Do not disconnect the battery cable while the engine is running as this could seriously damage the generator (alternator).

Unplug the connector from the level switch.

Important :

The reservoir should not contain more than 0.5 litres (0.5 qts) of fluid as it will otherwise run out when the level switch is removed.

To remove the level switch, pull it straight out of the rubber bush.

To Install

Install in reverse order.
