Lift the throttle cable off of the ball stud as shown. Remove the clip securing the cable to the bracket and slide the cable out. See Figure 2, point 2.

Remove the C-clip from the cruise control cable and lift off the cable. Squeeze the plastic clip and push the cable out of the bracket. See Figure 2,
point 3.

Move the throttle to the full open position and remove the kick-down cable. Remove the nut securing the cable. See Figure 2, point 4.

5.

Remove the link rod from the throttle arm by releasing the plastic clip and lifting the link rod away. See Figure 2, point 5.
