Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

 
To Remove

1. Remove the engine covers.
2. Unplug the valve's electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the hose from the valve.
4. Remove the retaining bolt.
5. Pull the valve with rubber seal straight out towards the rear.
6. Remove the valve from the rubber mounting and remove the hose from the intake manifold.

    
To Fit

Fit in reverse order.
A little petroleum jelly (Vaseline) smeared on the hose connections will facilitate reassembly.
