Check that a reading of 0v is obtained when the INFO or R button is pressed and B+ when the buttons are not activated.

If the readings in point 1 are not obtained, check whether readings of 0v and B+ are obtained at the DCC unit, the clock or the SCC unit.

If readings as in point 2 are not obtained, check the wiring between the EDU control module and the DCC unit or SCC unit.
