Rear bonnet: adjustment
  Note

For a precise adjustment of the rear bonnet, ensure that, when it is closed, the tolerances are all equal and do not extend on any side

The adjustment must be made when the vehicle is supported on four wheels
1 - Threaded sleeve (left thread)
2 - Spacing core
3 - Expansion rods with dismounting groove
4 - Retention tabs for basic adjustment
5 - Retracted zone for retention tabs
6 - Insertion rail
7 - Clamp bolt
8 - Rubber elastic stop
–  Lever out the expansion rod using a narrow screwdriver applied to the dismounting groove, and remove the elastic adjustment stop from its casing in the rear bonnet.
–  Remove the rubber stop and undo the clamp bolt (hexagonal interior 3 mm) to the edge of the insertion rail.
  V55-0214

  Note
In the new part, the elastic adjustment stop has already been adjusted to the distance of 3 mm. The spacing core -2- is supported against the threaded sleeve -1-.
  V55-0215
–  Remove the insertion rail and reinsert until the tabs -4- fit into the retracted area -5-.
Distance between casing and rubber stop: b = 10 mm.
–  Fit the elastic adjustment stop and the expansion rods.
–  Close the rear bonnet by applying slight pressure.
–  Open the rear bonnet again.
