| For vehicles where Autoclima is fitted with heating and air conditioning: 6 numbers of indication groups may be selected that offer up to 4 measurement values on the display. |

| For vehicles where Autoclima is fitted only with heating: 5 numbers of indication groups may be selected that offer up to 4 measurement values on the display. |

| Should the unit -J255- have to be replaced due to a fault, when the voltage is turned off and on, this will identify the system installed. The display of the -V.A.G 1551- will show the code 220 for the Autoclima “heating and air conditioning, and 110 for the Autoclima” heating". |

| To read the measurement data during a test run, a second mechanic will be needed on board. |

| Turn on the fault reader -V.A.G 1551-, select the address code “08 electronics of the air conditioning and heating” and continue switching until the display shows “enter function XX” → Chapter. |
