Removing rear heated air control
Removing rear heated air control
  Note
Rear heated air controls may be installed with or without a retaining clip. Controls with retaining clips will destroyed when removed. Since this retaining clip is not visible, first try the method for removing the control without a retaining clip.
Removing rear heated air control without a retaining clip:
   
–  Use a screwdriver to lever control out from underneath and pull control out downwards.
–  Pull off connector.
Removing rear heated air control with a retaining clip:

–  Use a pair of pliers to pull rotary knob -1- off rear heated air control.

–  Remove securing bolt -2- for retaining clip -1-.
–  Pull out control -3-.
–  Pull off connector.
–  Remove retaining clip.
