O-rings for refrigerant circuit
O-rings for refrigerant circuit
t  O-rings should always only be used once and must then be renewed.
t  Coat O-rings with refrigerant oil before fitting.
t  Observe correct positioning of O-rings on pipe or in groove.
t  Work in a clean area (even small impurities such as a hair for example can cause leaks).
  Note
t  Only O-rings which are resistant to refrigerant R134a and the corresponding refrigerant oil may be installed. These O-rings are easily identified by their colour to avoid possible confusion (currently „red“, „purple“ or „violet“): → Spare parts catalogue.
   
t  The measurements -a- and -b- are different, depending on the fitting position of the O-rings → Spare parts catalogue.
t  In addition to the coloured O-rings, black O-rings are also used at the factory for certain connections.
