Checking semi-automatic toothed belt tensioning roller

Test sequence

To carry out this operation, the toothed belt must be positioned and tensioned

–	Remove the upper protection. To do this, it is necessary to remove the securing clips and the expansion clip.

–	Check that the marks on the tensioning roller coincide.

–	Press the toothed belt firmly with thumb, the marks on the tensioner must move.

–	Stop putting pressure on the belt. The tensioning roller must return to its original position (the marks on the tensioner must coincide again).
