F -To re-adjust the sender wheel > < D - Press the sender wheel with the fitting deviceT10134 on the crankshaft flange
E - Check the fitting position of the sender wheel on the crankshaft.
E - Check the fitting position of the sender wheel on the crankshaft.
   
–  Screw hexagon nut -E- to end of threaded spindle.
–  Unscrew both bolts -A- from the engine block.
–  Unscrew the knurled bolts -B- from the sealing flange.
–  Remove assembly tool -T10134-.
–  Remove the pressure ring from the sealing lip.

–  The sender wheel is in the correct installation position on the crankshaft if a gap -a- = 0.5 mm exists between crankshaft flange -A- and sender wheel -B-.

–  Set vernier gauge on crankshaft flange.
–  Measure the distance -a- between the crankshaft flange and the sender wheel.
If the dimension -a- is too small:
–  Readjust the sender wheel → Chapter.
If dimension -a- is attained:
–  Tighten the new bolts securing the sealing flange in diagonal pairs to 15 Nm.

–  Fit the engine speed sender -G28--arrow- and tighten the attachment bolt to 5 Nm.
–  Install sump → Chapter.
–  Install spacer plate.
–  Install flywheel using new bolts. Tighten the attachment bolts to the torque 60 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°).
