Poly-V belt: Removing and installing
Poly-V belt: Removing and installing
Removal:
–  Mark running direction of poly V-belt.
   
–  Remove cover -1- from tensioner roller -2- with the help of a screwdriver.

–  Turn tensioning device in direction of -arrow- to remove the Poly-V belt.
–  Leave the tensioner at rest and remove the tool.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
  Note
When fitting the Poly-V belt, ensure that it is fitted with the correct direction of rotation and that it is correctly seated on the pulleys.
–  Start engine and check that belt runs properly.
