Removing and installing vacuum unit for turbocharger
Removing and installing vacuum unit for turbocharger
Removal:
–  Remove turbocharger → Chapter.
   
–  Remove the protection plate -1- on the turbocharger rod.
  A21-10204
–  Loosen the locknut -2-.
–  Remove the rod from the turbocharger -3-.
–  Detach vacuum unit -1- from turbocharger -4-.
Installation
Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
–  Adjust vacuum unit for turbocharger → Chapter.
–  Install turbocharger → Chapter.
Tightening torques
  A21-10203
Components: Nm
Vacuum unit to turbocharger10
Lock nut to linkage9 1)
l  1) Secure lock nut with sealing paint → Spare parts catalogue
