Removing
   
–  Remove the ribbed-belt → Chapter.
–  Unscrew the fastening bolts -arrows- and remove the engine noise damping cover.

–  Remove right hand side noise insulation -fastening points 1 ... 3-.

  A10-1643
To loosen and tighten the pulley/vibration damper, counterhold central bolt with a ring spanner.
–  Remove vibration damper/pulley hood.
–  Unscrew the bolts and remove the pulley/vibration damper.
Fitting
  Note
  E13-0201
Attach in one position only. The hole -arrow- in the vibration damper must fit over the toothed wheel.
–  Tighten the bolts on the pulley/vibration damper.
–  Use new bolts.
–  Fit the engine noise damper cover and the right-hand noise damping.
–  Fit the Poly-V belt → Chapter.
Torque values
  A13-0134

1)  Renew bolts
2)  90º is equivalent to a quarter turn
