Coolant temperature sender at the radiator outletG83: Removing and installing
Coolant temperature sender at the radiator outlet -G83-: Removing and installing
t  Removing → Anchor

Removing
l  Engine cold.
–  Open filler cap on coolant expansion tank briefly and allow residual pressure in cooling system to dissipate.
–  Separate the under body protection.

–  Pull out the plug -1-.
  Note
Place a cloth underneath to catch escaping coolant.
–  Pull out the retaining clip -2- and detach the coolant temperature sender at the radiator outlet -G83-.
  Note
Item -3- can be disregarded.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence; note the following:

t  Renew O-ring.
t  Insert the new coolant temperature sender by the radiator outlet -G83- immediately into the connection to prevent coolant from escaping.
–  Fit the engine anti-splash cover.
–  Check coolant level → Chapter.
