  Caution
The screw-type clips on the charge air pipes must be tightened to 5.5 Nm. If the torque is too low or too high, the charge air hose may slip off the charge air pipe during vehicle operation.
   
1 - Charge air cooler
q   removing and fitting → Chapter
2 - Hose clip, 5.5 Nm
3 - Charge air hose
4 - Hose for intake manifold
q   With seals.
5 - Throttle valve control mechanism -J338-
q   Clean → Chapter.
q   When replaced, the learn value must be deleted and the engine control unit -J623- adapter → Vehicle diagnostic tester„Guided function“
6 - 7 Nm
7 - Charge air hose
8 - 10 Nm
9 - Charge air pipe
10 - Charge air pressure sender -G31- with intake air temperature sender 2 -G299-
11 - 5 Nm
12 - Charge air hose
q   To turbocharger
13 - Charge air pipe
14 - Charge air hose
15 - Guide block made of rubber / supercharger fixing
q   For the centring pin of the supercharger
