SEAT Workshop Service and Repair Manuals

Radiator fan -V7- and fan 2 of the radiator -V177-: Removing and installing t  Removing → Anchor t  Fitting → Anchor. Special tools and workshop equipment required

t  Pliers -T20174- or Pliers -T20029-

Removing –  Detach engine cover -arrows- (according to version).

–  Remove centre noise insulation -fastening points 1 ... 3-.

–  Remove the air intake hose -arrow- at the bottom at the resonance pipe. To do this, release the spring clamp using the counterhold -T20174- and bolt-1-. –  Remove the air duct hose to the lock carrier resonator.

–  Unscrew the air duct on lock carrier -arrows-.

–  Unplug connector -1-. –  Unscrew bolts -arrows- and take fan cowl out.

–  Unplug connector -1-. –  Lay bare cables. –  Unscrew nuts -arrows- and take radiators out. Installing Installation is performed in the reverse sequence.
