1 - Deflector cover for hot air
2 - Lambda probe -G39- and heating for lambda probe -Z19-, 50 Nm
q   Checking: → VAS 5051; Vehicle self-diagnosis
q   Grease thread only with “G5”. “G5” must not get into the slots on the probe body
q   Remove and fit with the lambda probe spanner -U-40080-
q   If the sealing ring is leaking, nip open and replace the o-ring
3 - 10 Nm
4 - 25 Nm
5 - 25 Nm
q   Replacement
q   Apply -G 052 112 A3- for fitting the bolts immediately
6 - 25 Nm
7 - Exhaust manifold support
q   Attached to cylinder block
8 - Forward exhaust tube with catalytic converter
q   With articulated section
q   Do not bend the articulated section more than 10°, otherwise it could be damaged
q   Protect against impact or knocks
q   Fit and adjust the exhaust system without tension → Chapter
9 - Suspension element
q   Replace if damaged.
10 - 40 Nm
11 - Gasket
q   replace
12 - Exhaust manifold
13 - Gasket
q   replace
14 - Exhaust manifold support
