Removing and installing parts of cooling system
  WARNING
Hot vapour/hot coolant may escape when opening expansion tank. Cover cap with cloth and open carefully.
  Note
t  When the engine is hot the cooling system is under pressure. If necessary, release pressure before beginning repair work.
t  Secure all the hose joints by using the same clamps as originally fitted → ETKA (electronic parts catalogue).
t  For fitting spring-type clips, it is advisable to use counterhold -T20174- or pliers -T20029-.
t  Renew gaskets and seals.
t  The arrow markings on the coolant pipes and on the ends of the hoses must be aligned with each other.
