| Extract the connection -1- from the throttle actuator -V60--2-. |

| Connect the diode lamp -V.A.G 1527 B- using the -V.A.G 1594 C- auxiliary cables connected to the pins 1 + 6 of the connector. |

| Join the pins 4+5 using the auxiliary cables -V.A.G 1594 C-. |
–
| Connect the ignition and repeat the actuator diagnosis until the throttle actuator is activated. |
| The indicator diode should be on. |

| Open the throttle a little and reclose it. |
| Both diodes should light alternatively |
Note If the throttle is open too much, remove the auxiliary cable connections to the pins 4+5 and then reconnect them to repeat the test. |

| Run the actuator test until its finished. |
–
| Disconnect the ignition and connect the connector. |
–
| Remove the air inlet duct. |
