Rear axle revolution sensor: removing and fitting (drum brakes) > < Remove and install the front speed sensor lines - Bosch 8.0

1 - Axle body
2 - Hexagon socket head bolt
q   8 Nm
3 - ABS rev. sensor
q   Verified by self-diagnosis
q   Before fitting the sensor, clean the inner surface of the hole and apply solid lubricant paste → Parts catalogue.
q   Removal and fitting, vehicles with drum brakes → Chapter
4 - Brake line
5 - Axle connection
6 - Hand brake cable
7 - Bolt and washer
q   30 Nm + 90°
8 - Cross-head bolt
q   4 Nm
9 - Brake drum
q   Brake drum diameter: 200 mm
q   Wear limit 201 mm
q   Retract brake before removing brake drum → Chapter
q   Clean thoroughly and check for damage, wear, correctness of dimensions, wheel bolt threads for damage, and if the surface of the brake is in good condition
10 - Plug.
q   Removal and installation of vehicles with drum brakes → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. Gr. 42
11 - Twelve-sided, self-locking nut
q   70 Nm + 30°
q   Replace after each removal
12 - Wheel housing with wheel bearing and sensor ring
q   Sensor ring integrated into bearing oil seal
q   Always replace entire unit
q   Removal and installation of vehicles with drum brakes → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. Gr. 42
13 - Brake carrier with brake pads
