Modification to bolted connection of strut support to bodywork

At the start of the series, the rear nut -arrow- was welded to the longitudinal member.
Therefore, if the thread is damaged, the nut must be repaired as explained on page → Chapter.
A bolt M14 x 1.5 x 95 must be used for this nut!
  N40-0130
The nut is no longer welded. Therefore, there is a surface on the collar for the spanner -arrow-. It was used up to vehicle identification number 7M-T-9697.
This nut can be replaced if the thread is damaged.
1 - Hexagonal bolt M14 x 1.5 x 95
2 - Nut with surface for spanner.
Do not re-use used bolts and nuts.
The nut with surface for spanner is not supplied as a spare part.
Instead, a hexagonal cap nut is supplied ⇒ Fig. N40-0175.
The hexagonal cap nut is also fitted as standard part from vehicle identification number 7M-T-9698 onwards. It is not welded either.
  N40-0131
A bolt M14 x 1.5 x 90 must always be used for the hexagonal cap nut.
