Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Engine and gearbox lifter -SAT 1040-, see equivalency → Anchor
t  Oil extractor -SAT 1100-, see equivalent → Anchor
t  Tightening torque -SAT 8010-, see equivalent → Anchor
t  Lower base -T20145-
t  Extractor -T20147 -, see equivalent → Anchor
t  Centre guide -T20150 -, see equivalent → Anchor

   
t  Securing strap -T20161-
Assembly work on the power steering box
t  Except for replacement of the dust guards and the track rods, no other repairs have been foreseen.
t  Work on the power steering system requires a maximum of cleanliness.
t  Before releasing any joints, they must be cleaned thoroughly along with the surroundings.
t  Place all removed parts on a clean surface and cover them if the repair is not to be terminated immediately.
t  Use lint-free cloths.
t  Only take spares out of their packaging just before assembly.
t  Only use spares that come in their original packaging
t  Do not reuse hydraulic oil
t  Replace the join rings
