–  In the case of convergence values of the same sign (+/+ or -/-), subtract the smaller value from the greater and divide it.
   
Convergence value for the rear left wheel Convergence value for the rear right wheel
+ 15′ + 5′
 15′ - 5′ = 10′
10′ : 2 = 5′		 

Divergence from the turning angle = 5′
–  In the case of convergence values with different signs (+/-), add the values and divide the result by 2.
   
Convergence value for the rear left wheel Convergence value for the rear right wheel
+ 15′ - 5′
 15′ + 5′ = 20′
20′ : 2 = 10′		 

Divergence from the turning angle = 10′
The result obtained will be the real divergence from the turning angle of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle.
