Rear lights on the tailgate: Removing and installing
Rear lights on the tailgate: Removing and installing
Removal:
–  Switch off ignition and all electrical consumers and take out ignition key.
   
–  Turn light switch to „0“ position.

–  Remove interior trim -1- using the lever -U30800-.
–  Unplug the electrical connector -2-.

–  Remove nut -1- and remove retainer bracket -3-.
–  Swing the tail lights outwards -1- remove from the tailgate -arrow A- and in-arrow mark B-
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order, noting the following:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter
  Note
Ensure that gasket between body and tail light housing seals completely.
