Tightening order: Bracket for ancillaries, vehicles with air conditioning system

Tightening order: Bracket for auxiliary units on the cylinder block

Checking sequence

–	Fit the bracket for the ancillary units onto the cylinder block.

Note

Position all the bolts before tightening to prescribed torques.

–	Tighten the securing screws of the bracket for ancillaries in the following order:

A -	Hexagonal bolt with collar, M10x45, 40 Nm, calibrated borehole

B -	Hexagonal bolt with collar, M10x45, 40 Nm

C -	Hexagonal bolt with collar, M10x45, 40 Nm

D -	Hexagonal bolt with collar, M10x45, 40 Nm

E -	Hexagonal bolt with collar, M10x45, 40 Nm

F -	Hexagonal bolt with collar, M10x45, 40 Nm
