| The radio preparation are the connective plugs designed for genuine SEAT radios -R-. Radios/CD changers with different types of connectors (commercial types) must be installed using adapter cables. |
| When connecting the vehicle speed signal wire, take particular care to avoid short circuits as this could cause vehicle malfunctions. |
| The use of radios/CD may affect the aerial amplifiers. Genuine SEAT radios -R- have „remotely powered aerials“, i.e. the voltage for the aerial amplifiers is supplied from the radio -R- via the central wire of the high-frequency cable. You should use the remote power supply adapter from the SEAT range. |
