Tightening torques
Tightening torques
   
Gearbox on engine.

1)  Screw with threaded pin M8
2)  Screw with T-pin
A: Dowel sleeves for centering

Position the screws -1- in the elongated holes of the pendulum support in such a way that there is maximum distance between the gearbox and the assembly carrier.
Mounting sequence:
–  Tighten screws -1- and -2- by hand.
–  Ensure maximum distance between gearbox and assembly carrier and tighten screws -1- to tightening torque.
–  Then tighten screw -2- to tightening torque.
1 - 30 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) - replace
2 - 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) - replace

Lever control cable counter bearing to gearbox25 Nm
Left gearbox mounting bracket to gearbox M8 → Note20 Nm + 90°
Gearbox mounting bracket to gearbox mount M10 → Note40 Nm + 90°
Tighten drive shaft to flange shaft
diagonally across in 2 steps (I and II) to M8 → Note		I - 10 Nm
II - 40 Nm
Plate nut of drive shaft to wheel-bearing housing50 Nm
Steering joint to track control arm M8 → Note20 Nm + 90°
Coupling rod to anti-roll bar40 Nm
Wheel bolts to wheel hub120 Nm

3)  Always replace these bolts.
