Procedure for tightening the screw for crankshaft belt pulley
  Note
t  A new type of screw for crankshaft belt pulley is continuously inserted.
t  Degrease the clamping surfaces of the belt pulley and the screw.
t  Always use a new screw!
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Counterholder -T30004 (3415)-
t  Bolt -T30004/1 (3415/1)-
A new type of screw for crankshaft belt pulley
   
The new type of screw differs by a recess in the screw head -arrow-.
Tightening torque 150 Nm + torque a further 1/2 turn (180°)
–  Counterhold crankshaft belt pulley with counterholder -T30004 (3415)- and bolt -T30004/1 (3415/1)-.

Tightening torque 90 Nm + torque a further 1/4 turn (90°)
–  Counterhold crankshaft belt pulley with counterholder -T30004 (3415)- and bolt -T30004/1 (3415/1)-.
