1 - Support
q   for auxiliary equipment
2 - 45 Nm
3 - V-ribbed belt
q   Removing and installing → Chapter for vehicles with air conditioning
q   Removing and installing → Chapter for vehicles without air conditioning
q   Routing of the V-ribbed belt for vehicles with an air conditioning system → Fig.
4 - 25 Nm
5 - AC generator
q   removing and installing → Electrical System; Rep. gr.27
q   to facilitate positioning, drive the threaded bushings of the retaining screws at the generator slightly backwards
6 - 120 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   replace
q   The clamping surface of the screw must be free of grease and oil.
q   When loosening and tightening counterhold the belt pulley with the counterholder -T30004 (3415)- with bolts -T30004/1 (3415/1)-.
7 - Belt pulley - crankshaft
q   Clamping surface must be free of oil and grease.
8 - 25 Nm
9 - Tensioning pulley for ribbed V-belt
10 - AC compressor
q   removing and installing → Heating, Air Conditioning; Rep. gr.87
