  Note
t  The procedure for removal and installing illustrates the left headlight as an example. The procedure for removal and installing is identical for the right headlight.
t  For an easier fitting of the headlight, mark its position in a suitable manner (e.g. with marker, adhesive tape) before slackening the screws.
–  Switch off the ignition and all electrical components.
–  Remove front bumper → Body Work; Rep. gr.63.
   
–  Unscrew the two bottom screws (5 Nm) and top screw (3.5 Nm) -arrows-.
–  Disconnect the plug connections for the headlight and remove the headlight forwards carefully.
Install
Installation is performed in the reverse order, pay attention to the following points:
–  Align the headlight according to the contours of the vehicle body (maintain the gap size → Rep. gr.00) and loosely fix in place.

–  By turning the setting elements -arrow left and top- the headlight is moved and thereby fitted to the surrounding body parts.
–  Set up the headlight → Chapter.
