Bleeding the clutch system
Bleeding the clutch system
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Brake filling and bleeding device, e.g. -ROMESS S15-, or brake filling and bleeding device -VAS 5234--V.A.G 1869-.
t  Bleeder hose 670 mm
–  Bleed the clutch system with the brake filling and bleeding device -ROMESS S15-.
–  To bleed, use bleeder hose 670 mm.
–  Position the bleeder hose on the support of the drip bottle of the brake filling and bleeding device.
   
–  Insert the bleeder hose on the slave cylinder -arrow- and open the bleeder valve.
–  After completing the bleeding procedure activate the clutch pedal repeatedly.
