Removing and installing the fuel gauge sender G

Removing and installing the fuel gauge sender -G-

Observe safety measures → Chapter.

Observe rules for cleanliness → Chapter.

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Wrench for union nut -MP1-227 (3217)-

Removing

–	Remove fuel delivery unit → Chapter.

–	Unlatch and disconnect the line contact studs -3- and -4-.

–	Raise catches -1- and -2- with a screwdriver and pull down the fuel gauge sender to remove -arrow-.

Install

–	Insert the fuel gauge sender into the guides at the fuel delivery unit and press fully upwards.
