  Caution
Risk of damage to the adjusting device of the clutch.
t  The clutch is self-adjustable. Vibrations can have a negative effect on the adjusting device. Therefore do not let the clutch fall. The clutch should also not fall into the gearbox when installing it.
t  A clutch that has been dropped on a hard surface, or which is otherwise damaged, must no longer be fitted.
   
1 - Circlip
q   replace
2 - Hub
3 - Circlip
q   replace
4 - Large engaging lever
5 - Small engaging lever
6 - Screw, 8 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   replace
7 - Support
q   for engaging lever
8 - Clamp
q   for small engaging lever
q   not present on older versions
9 - Sealing ring
q   for inner drive shaft
10 - Sealing ring
q   for outer drive shaft
11 - Outer drive shaft
12 - Adjusting washer „SK1“
q   Determine thickness → Chapter „Adjust the position of the engaging bearings for clutch K 1 and K 2 - old design up to 05.11“
13 - Adjusting washer „SK2“
q   Determine thickness → Chapter „Adjust the position of the engaging bearings for clutch K 1 and K 2 - old design up to 05.11“
14 - Small engaging bearing
15 - Double clutch
