| Hold the fuel feed line -1- (lengthened with a suitable hose -2-) in a measuring vessel -3-. |

| Connect vehicle diagnosis, measurement and information system -VAS 505x- and carry out the function „test fuel pump“. |
Note The fuel pump is actuated for 30 seconds. |

| Specified value of minimum flow rate in 30 seconds: min. 600 ml |
If the minimum flow rate is not reached, the following faults may be present: |

| Battery voltage too low. |
t
| Fuel lines crimped, carry out a visual inspection. |
t
| The fuel filter is clogged. |
t
| There is a leak in the fuel system, check for tightness. |
