Summary of components of fuel filter
1 - 10 Nm
2 - Support
q   for fuel filter
3 - Retaining clip
4 - Return-flow line
q   from the injection pump
5 - Regulating valve
q   Fitting position: Arrow direction to the fuel tank
q   remove the holding clamp when changing the fillter and remove regulating valve with the connected fuel lines
q   for a temperature of less than + 15°C:
access to filter open
q   for a temperature above + 31°C:
access to filter closed
6 - Return-flow line
q   to fuel tank
7 - Feed line
q   from fuel tank
8 - Water drain plug, 4 Nm
9 - Sealing ring
q   replace
10 - Fuel filter
q   the direction of flow is marked by arrows
q   do not interchange connections
q   Pay attention to change interval → Superb
q   fill with diesel fuel before fitting
11 - Feed line
q   to the injection pump
12 - Plastic insert
q   push onto the fuel filter
13 - 10 Nm
