Trailer Coupling for Enhanced Exterior Equipment

  WARNING
Disconnect the earth strap from the battery before commencing work on the electrical system.
If the battery earth strap is disconnected and connected, carry out additional operations → Electrical System; Rep. gr.27.
–  Partly remove side trim panels in luggage compartment → Chapter.
   
–  Unplug connector -3-.
–  Remove fixing nuts -1- (1.5 Nm).
–  Remove the control unit for trailer detection -2- from the vehicle.
