Special Tool (B): 09913-84510 or equivalent.
5. Install cam ring and cover seal to P/S pump cover.
NOTE: When removing side plate (outer) from P/S pump cover, install it as shown.
6. Install rotor.
7. Apply specified fluid to each vane and install it to rotor with its R part faced outward as shown.
8. Install side plate as shown.
9. Apply specified fluid to O-rings and install them to pump body and side plate securely.
