Wheel Bearing: Service and Repair
Rear
WHEEL BEARING (Applicable to vehicles not equipped with wheel hub)
REMOVAL
1. Perform Steps 1) to 7) of BRAKE DRUM REMOVAL of Brakes and Traction Control.
2. Remove wheel bearing.
INSTALLATION
1. Install bearing.
When installing bearings:

Refer to left figure for installing direction of spacer.

Direct both inner bearing and outer bearing sealed side outward.

Fill space indicated by "A" in figure with bearing grease as much as 40% of space capacity.

2. Install brake drum and wheel.
