6. Torque camshaft timing pulley bolt.

Using SST 0927854012 to hold the pulley, torque the bolt.

Torque: 108 N.m (1,100 kgf.cm, 80 ft.lbf)

7. Install timing belt guide.

(a) Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.

(b) Place the belt guide on the crankshaft timing pulley, facing the cup side outward.

8. Install No.1 timing belt cover.

Install the No.1 timing belt cover and two gaskets with the three bolts.

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

9. Install fan pulley bracket.

Install the fan pulley bracket and gasket with the four bolts.

Torque: 41 N.m (420 kgf.cm 30 ft.lbf)
