(a) Disconnect these hoses and connectors:

(1) Throttle position sensor connector
(2) IAC valve connector
(3) Vacuum hose of throttle opener
(4) Water bypass hose (from water bypass pipe)
(5) Water hose (from intake manifold)
(6) Air assist hose

(b) Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts, throttle body and gasket.

Torque: 18 N.m (180 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf) 

INSTALLATION HINT: Place a new gasket on the air intake chamber facing the protrusion upward.
